Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our motivated and enthusiastic team at Germain Street Kindergarten.

As a member of our team, you will have access to structured support, leadership and shared services functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification;
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Victorian early childhood education regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
