Early Childhood Educator

At YMCA Australia, we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for both children and staff. As an Early Childhood Educator at our Germain Street Kindergarten, you will be part of a team that prioritizes the well-being and development of young minds.
We are committed to providing a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote areas. Our children's services operations include managing kindergartens, early learning centers, and before- and after-school care, with over 90 services across the state.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification. They will work part-time, approximately 6 hours per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The role involves covering lunch duties as required.

Our organization offers a salary package that reflects the demands of the role. Based on industry standards and taking into account the location, we estimate the annual salary to be around $65,000-$70,000 AUD. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and experience.
