Corporate Counsel Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal operations, you will play a critical role in managing a broad portfolio of legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Advise on governance, legal structures, partnerships, and commercial agreements.
  • Manage litigation, employment disputes, FOI requests, and subpoenas.
  • Oversee risk, insurance portfolios, claims handling, and policy renewals.
  • Draft and review contracts, support procurement, and lead tender processes.
  • Lead on compliance, privacy, AML, modern slavery, audits, and legal training.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Circa 4-6 years' experience in corporate commercial, mergers & acquisitions, or commercial litigation.
  • Expertise in compliance, legal operations, and professional standards.
  • Experience across litigation, digital, commercial, and contract law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, tech-savviness, and a commitment to excellence.
