Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Lawyer to join our national Corporate and Commercial section.

As a Senior Associate Lawyer, you will work on a range of commercial law matters including government procurement or materiel acquisition and sustainment matters, supporting AUKUS Pillar I and II and broader Defence capability programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice on commercial law matters;
  • Collaborating with agencies and key staff in the Defence and national security community to support Australia's sovereign and strategic industrial capabilities;
  • Working closely with the Department of Defence on various projects and initiatives.
