Corporate Lawyer Role

This is a key position in our Corporate M&A team based in Sydney.
As a corporate lawyer, you will work on domestic and cross-border transactions with a focus on private capital including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate and commercial matters.
You will have significant exposure to clients across a range of sectors and play a leading role on key aspects of transactions, including negotiations, drafting, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience post-qualification within a distinguished law practice, excellent drafting skills, strong client service focus, and exceptional work ethic.
A genuine team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for mentoring junior lawyers and providing timely feedback to aid their development.
