Sales Support Services:
- Assist with CRM updates to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting packs and coordinating the sales team to drive results.
Partner Collaboration:
- Schedule meetings and track action items to foster strong relationships.

- Support licensing and product sales administration to streamline processes.
Proposal Enablement:
- Coordinate bid meetings to facilitate collaboration and idea sharing.
- Support proposal development and maintain the bid content library to enhance quality.
Campaign & Event Management:
- Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) to achieve desired outcomes.
- Track sales follow-up activity to measure performance and adjust strategies.
Growth Asset Management:
- Maintain case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible for future reference.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general support to the Growth Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems to drive efficiency.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
