We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Partners, Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.

In this role, you will be a member of the hub and operations team and will work closely with the Practice Executive/Hub team lead to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hub. You will also provide additional support to the Team Assistants and Practice Executives, including assisting with leave cover.

Development within the Team Coordinator role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Legal secretarial experience within a law firm environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • A 'can do' and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
