Job Overview

This role is a key part of our project delivery team, responsible for ensuring seamless resource allocation and effective site administration.

The Resource Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to align labour resources with project requirements, manage site administrators, and coordinate plant mobilisation and utilisation.

  • Align labour resources with project requirements to guarantee project success.
  • Manage and support site administrators across the project delivery team to maintain efficient operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to rectify roster, leave or termination discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • E nsure all leave forms and personnel timesheets are completed and processed on time to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage agency administration including Purchase Requests, distribution of purchase orders, and invoice queries to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Maintain UON Asset register, reconcile reports, and follow up on daily pre-start checklists for vehicles and plant to guarantee asset integrity.
  • Coordinate and administer plant mobilisation and utilisation, as well as plant servicing schedules for fleet to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work with site admin team to ensure Purchase Requests are raised for equipment maintenance and servicing to prevent costly downtime.
  • Ensure compliance when onboarding new clients, in accordance with company policies and procedures to safeguard business interests.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in site administration, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Generalist HR knowledge in recruitment and resource allocation to effectively manage personnel.
  • Experience in personnel coordination and resource planning to guarantee efficient operations.
  • Experience in asset management and maintenance (desirable) to optimise equipment performance.

This role requires a valid driver's licence and current first aid certificate. Construction induction white card also required.
