Job Title: ICT Procurement and Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As an ICT Procurement and Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting procurement, asset management, and mobile service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ICT procurement, including requisitions, sourcing quotes, purchase orders, and processing invoices.
  • Timely delivery of ICT goods and services by tracking orders, escalating delays, and maintaining strong supplier communication.
  • Maintain and update key registers such as ICT assets, mobile services, and procurement records.
  • Support mobile service administration, including coordinating devices, managing service data, and assisting the End User Services team.
  • Assist with expense management and general ICT administration.

Required Skills And Competencies:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across procurement, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement or ERP systems.
