Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line service support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all correspondence is accurate, professional, and meets the required standards.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Current NT driver's license (if applicable).
