Job Title: Front Desk Liaison

We are seeking a well-mannered, bubbly Front Desk Liaison to be the friendly face that greets our customers and keeps our busy team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly
  • Booking and managing service appointments
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and directing them to the right team member
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Assisting with general admin tasks to support the Service and Parts Department

Requirements:

  1. A big smile and a friendly 'hello' for every customer
  2. Neat and professional presentation
  3. A love for teamwork and helping others
  4. Top-notch communication and customer service skills
  5. The ability to juggle tasks like a pro
  6. Some basic know-how with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  7. Previous reception or admin experience is a bonus – but not essential (we'll train you)
