About the role: This role sits within the property finance team of a leading ASX-listed property group and supports a high-performing portfolio.
Working closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, you will deliver key insights across assets and funds, owning all property analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting to support commercial decisions and portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities include: Conduct leasing analysis including NPV, IRR, cashflow forecasts, and valuation impact assessments Prepare internal property valuations and support broader valuation processes using MRI systems Produce and coordinate financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plans Partner with Asset, Property, and Operations Managers to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights Drive reporting improvements and process enhancements to support operational growth About You: This position is ideal for a Property Analyst with experience, who is looking for mentorship, development, and to take the next step in a tier-one property environment.
