Bond Street REIT is a private, perpetual life NAV REIT exclusively focused on open-air convenience retail in southeast markets.
The firm is vertically integrated, with in-house capabilities across asset management, property management and acquisitions.Location: 850 Morrison Drive, Suite 500, Charleston, SC 29403ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain complex Excel-based financial models, including mark-to-market analyses and portfolio-level return modelingDevelop and manage corporate-level financial models to consolidate asset performance, aggregate cash flows and support capital stack evaluations; execute tranche-level roll-up analyses across entities and investment structuresSupport reporting deliverables, prepare asset-level updates, manage data room materials and respond to investor inquiries; assist with miscellaneous analyses, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives across the portfolioConduct market and asset-level research to support acquisition due diligence and a growing cadenceAggregate and analyze financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and riskPrepare consolidated debt schedules and debt maturity profiles across assets and legal entitiesCollaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field5+ years of relevant experience in finance or CRE preferredAdvanced Excel modeling skillsUnderstanding of REIT structures strongly preferredThis is a full-time, in-office position based in Charleston, South Carolina.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Sales
