Care workers play a vital role in supporting older Australians to live independently in their own homes.

  • At BaptistCare At Home Services, our care workers provide personal care and support to clients with a range of tasks including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, resilience, patience, and the ability to develop genuine connections with clients.
