Our organisation provides high-quality care and support to valued clients in their own homes. We cater for individuals with diverse needs, including those living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, disabilities, post-operative care requirements, and older Australians.

About the Role

We are seeking qualified Personal Care Workers who can provide individualised care and support to our clients, enabling them to remain safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities:
  • Working within a person-centred environment that respects clients' rights and needs
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Providing companionship and support during daily errands
  • Supporting clients with academic, social, or recreational activities
  • Preparing meals, administering medications, and providing nutritional support
  • Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health and wellbeing
  • Responding to emergency situations promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Endorsement to administer medication (desirable)
