Aged and Home Care Worker Job DescriptionAged and Home Care Workers play a vital role in supporting the well-being and independence of our clients, enabling them to live their lives with dignity. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care services.
Main Responsibilities:- Domestic Assistance: Provide support with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to enable clients to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Assistance with Daily Tasks: Help clients with shopping, appointments, and personal care tasks to promote their independence and well-being.
- Social Support: Offer respite care and engage clients in community activities to prevent social isolation and promote meaningful relationships.
- Availability: Must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.
- Qualifications: Possess qualification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
- Client Relationships: Ability to connect with clients and develop strong, meaningful relationships.
- NDS Workers Screen Check: Capacity to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Driver's License: Current Driver's License and full comprehensive Car Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
