We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, providing high-quality in-home care and assistance to valued clients. Our mission is to provide person-centred support that respects the rights and needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. They will have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Support clients with daily errands, companionship, and emotional well-being
  • Prepare food, feed clients, and administer medications as required
  • Observe, care for, and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner

Candidate Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid
  • CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months)
