Our business is seeking an experienced Store Leader to oversee the customer experience, team development, and operational functions of our store.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's through effective merchandising and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and succession plan your team to ensure continuity and growth.
  • Manage daily store operations, including rostering, visual merchandising, and housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Roster your team in line with store trading hours to meet customer demand.

As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a phenomenal in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations to promote our brand and products.

You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to drive performance opportunities and growth. This includes effective rostering, minimal stock shrinkage, and efficient inventory management to drive profitability.
