Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this leadership role. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of the store.

About This Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Drive sales growth across all channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers.
  • Promote and expand our trade loyalty program and trade accounts.
  • Ensure all customers receive expert and unparalleled service every time.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • E nsure adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • You have previous management experience in a retail or service environment.
  • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team.
  • You have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to your job with a willingness to learn.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work.
  • You hold a current driver's license.
