The opportunityThis role drives national adoption of clinical terminologies in Australia's healthcare system.
You will lead strategy development and implementation support, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic plans for National Clinical Terminology Service (NCTS) adoption and engagement.
- Providing high-quality support and education to NCTS users through proactive engagement and resolution of complex queries.
- Collaborating on emerging implementation needs with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Informing outreach, adoption, and education activities by analyzing support trends.
- Creating user-facing documentation, including training materials, guides, and reports.
- Building strong relationships through regular engagement, consultation, and collaboration.
- Driving adoption of SNOMED CT and AMT across the healthcare ecosystem through outreach and education initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additionally, a strong understanding of clinical terminology standards, healthcare systems, and data analysis is essential.
