Job Title: Technology Adoption Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Adoption Specialist to introduce change in ICT systems and processes in a managed way, minimising business disruption and maximising adoption of new systems.

This role involves working with our Project Management Framework to ensure technology projects succeed by conducting training needs analyses, developing training material, and delivering high-standard training to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting training needs analyses and developing training material to support the introduction of new systems
  • Delivering high-standard training to key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems
  • Liaising between stakeholders to communicate changes and gain interest and understanding

You will draw on your demonstrated experience to communicate effectively with various audiences as required.

Requirements

Confident and comfortable in understanding and describing technology and transformation, you will be able to document high-quality work instructions and training materials.

Experience with Technology One (Ci Anywhere) and Humanforce is highly desirable.
