Product Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our product line within our customers and partners in the APJ region.

As a Product Specialist, you will act as a conduit between our product engineering and management teams and our customers and partners. You will establish trusted relationships with these teams through thought leadership and deep technical expertise on a specific product line area within our platform.

You will own and drive adoption of the relevant product line, ensuring a consistent product vision for field engineering across the region. You will also lead the field-engineering center of excellence (CoP) group for the relevant product line and support enablement activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive customer-facing work to ensure product-line adoption in our top accounts/partners in APJ
  • Accountable for product-line specific adoption success metrics for APJ
  • Lead the field-engineering CoP group for the relevant product line/region
  • Drive the agenda for enabling the field both technically and in the strategic vision for the relevant product line
  • Build gold-standard slide decks and demos for the field to use with their customers
  • Drive external thought leadership content – blogs, webinars, conferences, etc.
  • Support product teams in identifying preview customers and driving adoption of the relevant product line
  • Provide input to product teams on feature requests that are significant adoption blockers

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise on a specific product line area within our platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and growth in a similar role
