
Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager

About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly skilled professional to develop strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts within our Member Strategy and Performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, design, and development of MDX strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop responses to strategic questions using frameworks, data, and insights.
- Support business planning by identifying, estimating, prioritizing, and sequencing initiatives.
- Build business cases that drive investment in member and digital experience.
- Define success metrics and benefit profiles for strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategy using various delivery approaches.
- Guide teams in the adoption of agile frameworks and modern ways of working.
- Maintain strategic performance dashboards.
- Facilitate strategy and planning workshops and key events.
- Presentation of insights and reports to senior stakeholders to support planning and performance management.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, or finance.
- Experience from strategy and/or delivery roles in large, complex organisations.
- Understanding of how to influence organisational levers to achieve commercial outcomes.
- Experience working in or alongside agile teams and familiarity with modern delivery practices.
