Senior Transformation Leader

The Opportunity

Based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, this is a full-time permanent position that requires reporting to the Executive General Manager (Finance). You will lead a high-performing team delivering strategic projects across project management, change and transformation disciplines.

  • Develop and execute the transformation roadmap.
  • Drive cross-functional change initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery ensuring effective governance, reporting and risk management.
  • Cultivate stakeholder engagement and influence cultural change.
About You

You possess a Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field (MBA preferred) with 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide change.

  • Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF or ITIL.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.
