Job Title: Organisational Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Organisational Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving organisational change and developing a climate-literate and climate-capable culture throughout our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

Establish a best practice framework for organisational change management and communications, focusing on behaviour and cultural shift. Develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across various activities and promote sustainable practices throughout our organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or experience in organisational and behavioural change within a large and complex environment
  • Experience working on environmental sustainability-related change and engagement programs is highly regarded
