Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a leading provider of hospitality services, we require an experienced Chef to prepare and serve high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Provide exceptional service when interacting with staff, residents, and guests
  • Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create specials outside the regular menu cycle
  • Manage client expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-volume, buffet-style kitchen
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to follow safe food handling procedures
  • Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
  • Driving license preferred
