We are seeking a skilled casual chef to join our team at the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre in Hahndorf. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-standard dishes for events and functions.

About the Role
  • Preparing and presenting exceptional cuisine for events and functions
  • Occasionally overseeing smaller functions or prep independently
  • Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and adhering to food safety protocols
Your Qualifications
  • Experience in conference, high-end restaurant, or event catering environments
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Degree III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
