Our company seeks a skilled Financial Accountant to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management when re-ordering is necessary.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports to track progress.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  • Provide financial information as required to internal and external auditors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
