Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to prevent inventory variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial information and insights.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

You should also possess proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
