Based in the heart of the Adelaide Bio Med City precinct, our client leads the way in first-in-human studies across oncology, pain management, endocrinology, and medical devices.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and ensure operational excellence across clinical, data, and participant engagement functions.
The Opportunity As COO and a key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, you will work closely with the CEO to define strategic priorities and oversee operational delivery across the organisation.
You'll lead and inspire department heads, ensure quality and efficiency in clinical trial execution, and contribute to the organisation's growth and continuous improvement efforts.
