Digital Experience Lead

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Lead to shape the customer journey and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Conversion Rate Optimisation, digital personalisation, and UX design.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement A/B testing and personalisation initiatives across digital marketing channels

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and experience working in regulated industries. They will also have in-depth knowledge of CRO, digital personalisation, customer journey mapping, UX, data analytics, and current digital trends.

This role offers flexible work arrangements and a hybrid model with a minimum 60% office presence per week.
