About our organisation

We rely heavily on a community of donors and supporters to ensure our vision of 'Healthy country, protected forever' continues to be realised. We now seek two individuals who will join a dedicated team of Major Gifts and Grants specialists, generating income at the major gift level for our conservation work from individuals, philanthropic foundations and corporations, in both NSW and Victoria respectively.

We look forward to hearing from motivated professionals with a passion for the environment, conservation and our work. Experience in account or relationship management, ideally gained in a fundraising role, or a role in sales/business development will be essential. The ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and to communicate our stories and work will be fundamental.

Our team seeks to advance environmental outcomes through innovative fundraising strategies.

  • Account or relationship management experience, ideally in fundraising or sales/business development;
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively across various stakeholder groups;
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
