Job Title: Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our governance functions with a focus on statutory interpretation, policy development, delegations, legislative compliance, and implementing audit recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Law, Local Government, Commerce, Secretariat, or similar area

  • Significant experience in statutory interpretation and legislative compliance
