Lead Governance and Quality Assurance Expert

This is a unique opportunity to drive excellence and lead meaningful change in the field of governance and quality assurance.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team and take on a leadership role in strengthening governance, enhancing quality assurance, and embedding robust controls across our regulatory reporting landscape.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in regulatory reporting, governance frameworks, and quality assurance, with proven leadership experience in guiding high-performing teams. They will be able to navigate complexity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

The role offers a chance to develop and embed an enhanced operating model for regulatory reporting, while managing governance, controls, and quality assurance in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a newly created team focused on strengthening governance and quality assurance
  • Develop and embed an enhanced operating model for regulatory reporting
  • Manage governance, controls, and quality assurance in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Oversight control assessments and maintain governance frameworks
  • Support teams preparing external reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the reporting lifecycle
