Job Description

As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee the transport and logistics fleet operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of drivers and logistics staff.
  • Optimizing fleet performance across the board.
Key Tasks

The following tasks are essential for this role:

  • Meet service delivery levels / obligations for National & Key Account contracts.
  • Resolve customer / driver reported OHSE concerns with high priority.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • Solid experience in maintaining a heavy vehicle fleet across multiple sites.
  • A minimum of 5 years in leadership and experience managing a team.
