Fleet Operations Specialist

About the Position
Our organisation seeks a meticulous Fleet Operations Specialist to oversee our fleet's maintenance, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinate daily vehicle movements, scheduling, and logistics with external providers.
- Manage accurate asset records, including registration, servicing, compliance, and cost allocation.
- Assist in planning and monitoring maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.
- Support lifecycle processes for assets such as acquisitions, disposals, and redeployment.
- Monitor utilisation and contribute to reporting to identify areas for improvement and cost optimisation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager and wider team.
About You
- Previous experience in fleet administration, asset coordination, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with fleet management systems would be advantageous.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement is crucial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders is vital.
