Fleet Operations Manager

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the end-to-end Mercedes-Benz Australia Demonstrator Fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle age and kilometre requirements are consistently met.
- Proactively track agent demonstrator disposal and effectively manage rebates.
- Analyse and review agent demonstrator queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement a demonstrator lease program for agents.
- Support the management of regional demonstrator fleets across major states.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or information systems are preferred but not essential.
- Relevant automotive experience and passion for the industry are highly regarded.
