Coordinating Fleet Operations

This role plays a critical part in the smooth running of fleet operations, ensuring they meet safety, compliance, and operational standards.

The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and accident resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations.
  • Manage fuel cards and eTags.
  • Reconcile fleet-related invoices and maintain asset registers.
  • Monitor fleet performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist with fleet replacement and disposal in line with policy.
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate fleet coordination.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of fleet compliance standards and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in business systems.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A valid driver's licence.
Role Description
