We are seeking a motivated professional to support our Facility Management and Property Services teams in Australia. Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, you will work closely with business units to understand fleet needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

About You
  • A successful candidate should have outstanding customer service skills, sharp business acumen, and technical expertise in managing and optimizing fleet operations.
  • Knowledge of fleet or asset management software and Telematics is highly valued.
  • You must be able to work proactively, think critically, and support decision-making.

Familiarity with electric or alternative fuel solutions is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fleet Management: Identify and promote fit-for-purpose vehicles, accessories, and body builds aligned with safety standards.
  2. Operational Alignment: Align fleet management practices with business and operational needs.
  3. Movement Monitoring: Monitor and report fleet movements (acquisition, utilization, disposal) in accordance with policies, compliance, and industry best practices.
  4. Solution Development: Ensure fleet requests are aligned with suppliers and contractual obligations.
  5. Training and Support: Assist fleet administrators with training and ensure consistency in fleet management, data integrity, and reporting.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance fleet performance, identify risks, and seize opportunities.
  7. Expertise Maintenance: Maintain knowledge of systems and portals for fleet monitoring and reporting.
