Job Opportunity:

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a major infrastructure project, overseeing a team of recruiters and administrators. Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely mobilization of personnel across all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning objectives.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and recruitment administrators, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Liaise with senior project stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment activity.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian labour laws, project-specific workforce agreements, and company policies in all recruitment and onboarding activities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in human resources or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition would be advantageous.
  • A minimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, is essential.
