Duties:

Following their pre-qualification and commitment to a Membership fee with the firm, you will conduct face-to-face and virtual sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan
  • Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan
  • Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process
  • Liaising with the internal investment lending team for capacity
  • Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience
  • Generating new prospects from referrals
  • Following purchase, introduce them to and hand-over to the Member Success team
Specific requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success within the Property Investment industry
  • Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM's
  • Self-motivated, sets high goals and commits to achieving them
  • Always puts the success of clients first
