Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment briefs and define role requirements
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create engaging job ads and develop strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Develop customized talent pipelines, including early career programs
  • Manage end-to-end candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
  • Counsel hiring managers on best practices and support their growth as effective leaders
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with all candidates throughout the process
  • E nsure adherence to high standards of compliance and data integrity
  • Contribute to and deliver regular reports and insights
About You:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded
  • A proven track record of innovative recruitment strategies and campaign-based hiring
  • Strong marketing instincts - ability to craft persuasive content and position roles for impact
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills
