Seeking a strategic leader to drive all aspects of human resources in a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
  • Administer and maintain the HR information system.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, induction packs, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, probation tracking, salary reviews, and ensure up-to-date position descriptions.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Oversee compliance training and manage content within the Learning Management System.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and registers.
  • Manage employee relations, support managers, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Work Health and Safety standards, and ethical practices.
  • Coordinate administration and reporting for Work Health and Safety.
  • Lead HR projects and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
