Duties:

Following their pre-qualification and commitment to a Membership fee with the firm, you will conduct face-to-face and virtual sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan

- Present shortlisted properties and position members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan
- Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process
- Liaising with the internal investment lending team for capacity
- Ensuring positive end-to-end member experience
- Generating new prospects from referrals
- Following purchase, introduce them to and hand-over to the Member Success team

Specific requirements:

- Proven track record of sales success within the Property Investment industry
- Proficient with standard computer systems and CRM's
- Self-motivated, sets high goals and commits to achieving them
- Always puts the success of clients first
