**Job Description**\
\

A Senior Consultant will join a high-performing team to provide strategic and tactical advice on mergers and acquisitions. The role involves all stages of the transaction process, including preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.\
\\.To achieve this, the consultant will be responsible for preparing industry research and market mapping to identify potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers. This includes building financial data books and analyzing financial models, contributing to engagement planning, and project management to ensure deliverables meet the project timetable.\
\\.The successful candidate will have strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.\
\\.In addition, the ideal candidate will possess two to five years' full-time work experience in a professional services environment, preferably with one to two years prior transaction experience (due diligence or M&A). A Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or law is also required.\
