The successful candidate will take full responsibility for supporting the company's growth and performance through effective recruitment and onboarding activities, administering performance reviews, aligning policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives, upholding workplace health and safety compliance, managing position descriptions, assisting with payroll and additional duties as required. They will also be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, implementing policies and procedures, and providing sound human resource advice.
