Human Resources Manager Position

About This Role

We are seeking a highly capable Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and develop local strategies aligned with global goals.

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and culture
  • Oversee talent acquisition and develop local talent pipelines
  • Lead performance and development programs across diverse teams
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a HR management or generalist role
  • Solid knowledge of labour laws, HR frameworks, and compliance
  • Strong experience across recruitment, ER/IR, performance management, and policy
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
