Clough is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our Bidding Energy & Resources Team in North Sydney. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the development of tender responses and collaborating with the Bid Director and team to define, schedule, and collate all deliverables, ensuring that all internal assurance requirements are met.

Your Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Bid Director and team in defining, scheduling, and collating all deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining connections with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the central contact for all bid-related inquiries and communications
  • Presenting tender submissions, including layout, graphics, and delivery of printed or electronic submissions
  • Organizing and drafting agendas for meetings, assisting in minute-taking, and developing presentations
  • Maintaining data for portal folders
  • Working to meet tight deadlines

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be a highly competent writer and wordsmith, with experience in graphic design, and a preference for marketing and sales experience. You will also need to be highly organized and able to think strategically.
