We're seeking a Compliance Risk Professional to join our team.

This role is part of the Line 1 Risk team for the P&C department. The successful candidate will assist in designing, implementing and embedding risk and compliance frameworks, supporting the People and Culture function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing policies and processes to ensure regulatory obligations and commercial risks are identified, assessed, reported and monitored.
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure strong control environments managing risks and compliance obligations.
  • Acting as key point of contact for breach & incident investigations and working towards resolution, communication and alignment.
  • Conducting reviews/overseeing assurance of P&C key business processes and controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in implementing risk and compliance management practices within internal governance functions, experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives through matrix dependencies, and be able to prepare and socialise compliance related dashboards and materials.
