
Negotiator and Manager of Enterprise Software Agreements

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset and Contract Specialist to lead our regional capability for software spend, renewals, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead contract negotiations for medium to high-risk agreements globally, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Foster positive relationships across the business.
- Develop strategic plans to optimise costs and mitigate operational risks.
- Design data mapping and cleansing processes to clarify license positions and lead cross-functional teams through true-ups and audit responses.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software contract negotiation, software asset management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with software licensing models, compliance risks, and cost optimisation, including license entitlement/deployment reconciliation.
- Proven ability to lead high-dollar contract negotiations for software agreements.
- Strong understanding of global enterprise software agreements.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and technologies.
